Wow this has been an odd summer for sure.  I am starting to feel like I live in a tropical rain forest.  I think some of the farms are giving up and moving on to fall crops now and I've seen for myself that some of the produce hasn't held up as well due to all of the moisture this year.

Anyway, I'm not much for blogging a lot about things and this site wasn't really made for it.  It was meant to be a fairly static directory but I will try to keep things as fresh as possible and update the Facebook page on occasion.  I was hoping to see a few more submissions but either I am covering the area pretty well or there's not many more to add to the site. 

I am seeing some decent web traffic and I certainly hope the site is helping some people either driving through or for those living here and starting out on a Paleo/Primal diet and not quite certain where to start.  If it has helped, then let me know, because this was created for you!
